Cornelius Moerman approached the very complex problem of cancer from a nutritional point of view. And he achieved amazing results. Dr. Moerman's diet therapy includes:

  • secondly , he recommends taking 8 vitamin and mineral supplements necessary for the body.

Moerman's diet therapy can be used as an addition to the main methods of oncology therapy, immunotherapy, and also as an independent method for the prevention of cancer and recovery of the body after the main treatment.

Dr. Moerman's therapy destroys the soil necessary for the existence of a cancerous tumor, creating an environment hostile to cancer cells, which at the same time provides a valuable nutrient medium for healthy cells, creating a balanced acidic environment. This therapy starves and suffocates cancer cells while promoting health.

HISTORY OF THE METHOD

Moerman's therapy originated more than 70 years ago. And the first patient who decided to try it suffered from stomach cancer. Lindert Brinkman approached Moerman in 1939 after the surgeon said it was too late to perform the operation. Brinkman, having no alternative, agreed to try out a new treatment method on himself, provided that the doctor would constantly monitor him and provide care. Throughout 1940, Moerman treated Brinkman using a simple mixture of 8 elements vital for the body, and the second component of therapy was dietary nutrition. He is convinced that it is absolutely useless to give a patient these nutritional supplements and at the same time allow him to eat high-calorie, fatty and salty foods. The Moerman diet strictly prohibits them, allowing you to eat only what enhances the effect of the supplements.

1. According to Dr. Moerman, the patient can eat according to a regimen that is convenient for him, but in accordance with dietary recommendations.

2. Adult cancer patients should consume 1 or 2 raw egg yolks daily, children - 1 raw egg yolk per day.

An exception is cancer patients with liver or gallbladder diseases. They should completely eliminate egg yolks from their diet until there is obvious improvement in their condition. Only after this can you slowly and carefully introduce egg yolks into your diet.

3. You should drink the juice of 3 lemons or eat them daily.

4. A cancer patient can eat alternately or separately the foods recommended by Dr. Moerman, choosing those that he prefers (see the list below).

You need to eat until you are completely full and at least 3 times a day. Alternate hot and cold dishes throughout the day and week according to the traditions of the patient’s family.

Research is being conducted in different countries to find a cure for cancer. But here is one very interesting study conducted by an American doctor from the Pauling Institute, Arthur Robinson, which confirmed that Moerman was right. In 1952, Budwig received her doctorate in physics. Already in 1952, she proposed the “Budwig Protocol” - an anti-cancer nutrition system for people with cancer. When starting to follow the Moerman diet, you need to remember 3 golden rules:

1) chew food thoroughly;

2) never eat more than you want;

3) cook so that the products do not lose the vitamins and elements they contain.

You need to eat until you are completely full and at least 3 times a day.

Principles of an anti-cancer diet

The anti-cancer diet is based on several principles that must be followed when following it.

  • All dishes only need to be baked without adding fat, boiled or steamed. Other types of heat treatment are strictly prohibited.
  • When baking food in the oven, do not use aluminum foil - during heating it releases harmful carcinogenic substances that are hazardous to health.
  • It is forbidden to cook dishes with butter and vegetable oils – both refined and unrefined. When frying, they release carcinogens that provoke the development of cancer cells. The only exception is unrefined coconut oil.
