Instructions for the use of Movalis in injections and its contents

Movalis is a drug that has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties. The medicine helps in the symptomatic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Instructions for use will show how to properly take 7.5 mg and 15 mg tablets, suspension, give suppositories and injections. From the reviews you can find out whether this remedy helps in the treatment of spondylitis, arthrosis and arthritis.

Release forms and composition

Movalis is produced in the form:

  1. Rectal suppositories 7.5 mg and 15 mg.
  2. Tablets 7.5 mg and 15 mg.
  3. Suspension for oral administration.
  4. Solution for intramuscular administration (injections for injections) in 1.5 ml ampoules.

The composition of 1 tablet, rectal suppository includes: active ingredient - meloxicam - 7.5 or 15 mg.

5 ml of oral suspension contains: active substance – 7.5 mg.

The composition of 1 ml of solution for intramuscular injection includes: meloxicam - 10 mg and auxiliary components: glycine - 7.5 mg, meglumine, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, poloxamer 188, glycofurfural, water for injection.

Analogs

In pharmacies you can purchase various non-steroidal drugs that have an anti-inflammatory effect. The closest analogue of Movalis in injections is Movasin. The dosage of meloxican in this drug is 15 mg per 1.5 ml. Diclofenac is considered the most affordable among non-steroidal painkillers . It effectively relieves pain caused by various joint pathologies, but has many contraindications and side effects. Close analogues of Movalis include:

  • Arthrozan;
  • Mirlox;
  • Amelotex;
  • Meloxicam.

pharmachologic effect

Movalis is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), a derivative of enolic acid and has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. A pronounced anti-inflammatory effect has been established in all standard models of inflammation.

The mechanism of action of meloxicam (the active substance of the drug Movalis) is its ability to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, known mediators of inflammation. Inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins at the site of inflammation to a greater extent than in the gastric mucosa or kidneys. These differences are associated with more selective inhibition of COX-2 compared to COX-1.

Inhibition of COX-2 is thought to provide the therapeutic effect of NSAIDs, whereas inhibition of the constitutively present COX-1 isoenzyme may be responsible for gastric and renal side effects. The drug Meloxicam, the instructions for use confirm this, at recommended doses did not affect platelet aggregation and bleeding time, unlike indomethacin, diclofenac, ibuprofen and naproxen, which significantly suppressed platelet aggregation and increased bleeding time.

In clinical studies, gastrointestinal side effects generally occurred less frequently with Movalis 7.5 mg and 15 mg than with other NSAIDs compared. This difference in the frequency of side effects from the gastrointestinal tract is mainly due to the fact that such phenomena as dyspepsia, vomiting, nausea, and abdominal pain were observed less frequently when taking the drug. The incidence of upper gastrointestinal perforations, ulcers, and bleeding associated with meloxicam use was low and dose-related.

Movalis. Price and analogues

Of course, Movalis cannot be called an absolutely affordable drug. Thus, the average price as of December 2013 for a package of 20 tablets, with a dosage of 7.5 mg, ranges from 600 to 700 rubles.

This medicine has a lot of analogues that are similar in action, but have a more affordable price. Among these drugs are:

  • Amelotex;
  • Lem;
  • Arthrozan;
  • Movasin;
  • Melox;
  • Meloxicam and others.

An analysis of the instructions for use of Movalis and the drugs listed above showed that their action is almost similar. Reviews of their use are as impressive as reviews of Movalis.

Efficiency and reliability are the main qualities described by patients who have used Movalis analogues. Consequently, when it is not possible to purchase expensive Movalis, it is possible to freely replace it with a more affordable and no less effective similar drug.

Instructions for use

Movalis is recommended for short-term use at the lowest effective dose, as this reduces the likelihood of side effects.

Tablets and suspension

It is preferable to take the drug orally before meals. As a rule, the following dosage regimen (daily dose) is prescribed:

  • Osteoarthritis – 7.5 mg (possibly increasing the dose by 2 times).
  • Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis – 15 mg (possibly reducing the dose by 2 times).

If there is an increased risk of side effects, it is recommended to start treatment with a dose of 7.5 mg per day. Frequency of application – 1 time per day. Children under 12 years of age are prescribed Movalis in the form of an oral suspension for the treatment of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

The dose is calculated based on body weight - 0.125 mg/kg (maximum - 7.5 mg per day). It is recommended to use the following dosage regimen (amount of active substance/volume of suspension):

  • 12 kg: 1.5 mg/1 ml;
  • 24 kg: 3 mg/2 ml;
  • 36 kg: 4.5 mg/3 ml; 4
  • 8 kg: 6 mg/4 ml;
  • From 60 kg: 7.5 mg/5 ml.

The maximum dose in children 12-18 years of age with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is 0.25 mg/kg, but not more than 15 mg per day.

Choosing between Movalis and Diclofenac

Patients often ask the question: which drug is better to buy - Movalis or Diclofenac? After visiting the attending physician, the solution becomes obvious - of course, Movalis. Reviews about Movalis injections and suspension are only positive - the medicine has a longer lasting analgesic effect on the body and fights the disease more effectively. And, importantly, if the drug is not available in the pharmacy, you can purchase its analogues. Just remember to consult a doctor before taking them.

Solution for intramuscular injection

Movalis injections are usually prescribed only during the first 2-3 days of therapy, after which they switch to the use of enteral forms of the drug. The recommended daily dose is 7.5 mg or 15 mg (maximum), frequency of use is 1 time per day.

The dose is determined by the severity of the inflammatory process and the intensity of pain. The injection solution must be administered deeply intramuscularly (intravenous use is contraindicated). Do not mix with other medications in the same syringe.

Movalis injection

Pharmaceutical companies produce a large number of broad-spectrum non-steroidal drugs. Medicines in this group not only relieve pain, but also normalize capillary permeability. One of the effective non-steroidal drugs is Movalis. The product relieves inflammation, has antipyretic and analgesic effects. The drug in ampoules is intended for intramuscular injections. The injection solution must not be mixed with other medications.

Compound

The main active ingredient of the drug is meloxicam. Pain relief is achieved by suppressing the production of prostaglandins . Additionally, water, glycine, sodium salt of hydrochloric acid and caustic soda are added to the injection form of the medicine. The drug contains the minimum dosage of the listed excipients. The table below shows the composition of the drug depending on the form of release.

Release form Components Dosage (mg)
1 Solution for intramuscular injection Meloxicam 15
Meglumine, glycofurol, poloxamer 188, sodium chloride, glycine, sodium hydroxide, water for injection 4
2 Pills Meloxicam 7,5
Sodium citrate, lactose, MCC (microcellulose), povidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate 7,5
3 Suppositories for rectal use Meloxicam 7,5
Suppository mass, macrogol glyceryl hydroxystearate 7,5

Release form

The drug Movalis injections is more effective because the concentration of the active substance in the solution is increased. One ampoule contains 1.5 ml of the product. The medicine in the form of a solution cannot be administered intravenously. Meloxicam tablets relieve mild to moderate inflammatory syndrome. In the form of suppositories, the medicine is prescribed if the patient does not tolerate injections well or suffers from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

The action of meloxicam is based on preventing the synthesis of inflammatory mediators. The substance is a derivative of enolic acid. To achieve a quick analgesic effect, it is better to use a solution of the drug. The bioavailability of this form of the drug is 100%. Meloxicam is excreted along with feces and urine within 20 hours after administration by intramuscular syringe. Although the antipyretic effect of Movalis has been confirmed by research, it is not recommended to neglect antipyretics in infectious diseases.

Movalis - indications for use

The drug is prescribed for diseases of the spine and joints. Movalis is intended for short-term symptomatic therapy and the initial stage of treatment. With long-term use of this drug, the risk of side effects and disruption of intestinal microflora increases . Doctors prescribe injections of the drug for patients with the following diseases:

  • rheumatoid arthritis;
  • spondylitis;
  • osteoarthritis.

Movalis - instructions for use

For diseases of the spine, the medicine is administered intramuscularly for the first 2-3 days to relieve inflammation. Further therapy is carried out using enteral forms of the drug. The recommended dose is 7.5/15 mg once a day. The amount of fluid administered depends on how severe the inflammation is. The medicine is incompatible with other medications, so it is administered separately. The dose of Movalis is calculated by the doctor for each patient individually, but in general cases doctors give the following recommendations:

  • for the treatment of osteoarthritis – 7.5 mg per day (if the pain is severe, the dose is increased to 15 mg);
  • for spondylitis, the daily dose is 15 mg, followed by a decrease when a positive effect is achieved;
  • patients with a high risk of adverse reactions are administered 7.5 mg of the drug per day.

special instructions

Patients suffering from various gastrointestinal diseases should regularly visit a doctor while being treated with any form of this remedy. If gastric bleeding is observed, the injections are canceled. The total daily dose for combined use of the drug (tablets, suppositories, injections) should not exceed 15 mg. It is not recommended to prescribe this NSAID to weakened and exhausted patients, because they are more likely to develop liver and immune system side effects.

Interaction with other drugs

Movalis reduces the effectiveness of many medications. When taking PG synthesis inhibitors (prostaglandins) together with NSAIDs, the risk of developing ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract increases. The likelihood of bleeding increases if meloxicam is taken together with SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors). When taken simultaneously with aspirin, the concentration of Movalis in the blood increases by 24% . Meloxicam interacts with drugs as follows:

  • increases lithium concentration when taken with lithium preparations;
  • reduces the effectiveness of COCs (combined oral contraceptives);
  • negatively affects the operation of intrauterine devices;
  • reduces the effectiveness of antihypertensive drugs;
  • when taken simultaneously with diuretics, it increases the risk of developing renal failure in patients;
  • increases the toxicity of methotrexate.

Side effects and overdose

The stomach reacts most strongly to NSAIDs. Even in reviews of relatively healthy people, one can find complaints about diarrhea and indigestion after Movalis injections. With long-term use of the drug, transient changes in liver function parameters are observed, often leading to icteric syndrome. The following negative reactions may be observed from other body systems:

  • hidden or obvious gastric bleeding;
  • skin rash or hives;
  • severe itching;
  • pain and swelling at the injection site of the drug;
  • visual impairment;
  • bronchial asthma.

A complete list of side effects is indicated in the instructions. In case of overdose, patients experience asystole, disturbances of consciousness, vomiting, nausea, exacerbation of gastrointestinal diseases, drowsiness, acute renal failure . There is no antidote for exceeding the standard dose. Symptomatic therapy is carried out aimed at stabilizing the patient's condition.

Movalis - contraindications

You should absolutely not use the medicine during pregnancy. Some patient reviews contain information that injections can be given to children under 18 years of age, but this is not true. The injection form of the drug has not been tested on people under 18 years of age, so doctors do not prescribe it to children. The list of absolute contraindications is as follows:

  • progressive kidney disease when hemodialysis is not performed;
  • breast-feeding;
  • age under 18 years;
  • acute gastrointestinal bleeding;
  • ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease;
  • bronchial asthma and allergic reactions upon contact with acetylsalicylic acid;
  • period after coronary artery bypass surgery;
  • hypersensitivity to any component of the solution.

Terms of sale and storage

The drug should be kept in a dark place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Children should not have access to Movalis. The medicine is sold only with a doctor's prescription. Ampoules should be removed from a cardboard box with a plastic tray immediately before use.

Rectal suppositories

Movalis in the form of suppositories is recommended for use in a daily dose of 7.5 mg; according to indications, it can be increased to 15 mg. For patients with end-stage renal failure on hemodialysis, the drug in any dosage form is prescribed at a dose of no more than 7.5 mg per day.

No dosage adjustment is required for moderate or minor renal impairment (with creatinine clearance of 30 ml per minute). When using different dosage forms of the drug simultaneously, the total daily dose of Movalis should not exceed 15 mg per day.

Movalis rectal suppositories are a type of this drug and are prescribed for moderate pain and inflammatory symptoms. Unlike the tablet form of the drug, the effect of suppositories is more pronounced and faster, due to the pronounced anti-inflammatory effect and form of application. Movalis suppositories can also be used for urological and gynecological diseases, as a symptomatic therapy.

In this form, the drug can be prescribed for the treatment of joint diseases, in a scheme combined with drug injections (first a course of injections is prescribed, followed by suppositories).

Side effects

If Movalis is taken in violation of the doctor's instructions, then there is a high probability of one of the side effects. They can manifest themselves either to a minor extent or develop into a chronic stage.

The most frequently recorded side effects:

  1. Respiratory system. In some cases, bronchial asthma may develop. Patients who already have it may have a severe attack.
  2. Digestive system. Gastrointestinal problems are one of the most common side effects. Very often, patients may experience abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Slightly less common are bloating, constipation, belching, stomatitis and gastritis.
  3. Nervous system. In some cases, taking Movalis may be accompanied by severe headaches, dizziness and drowsiness.
  4. The cardiovascular system. The drug may cause increased heart rate and increased blood pressure.
  5. Urinary system. Here there are disturbances or retention of urination, as well as some problems with the functioning of the kidneys.
  6. Circulatory system. If the dosage of the medicine is incorrect, anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia may occur.
  7. The immune system. Mistakes when using Movalis can lead to anaphylactic shock.
  8. Psyche. Sometimes mood swings and disorientation in space and time can occur.
  9. Sense organs. In case of overdose, blurred vision and tinnitus may occur.
  10. Skin surface. It may become swollen and form a rash, accompanied by severe itching. Rarely, dermatitis and Stevens-Johnson syndrome occur.
  11. Liver function. Movalis can increase the activity of transaminases and increase the amount of bilirubin.

Interaction

Use in combination with Digoxin, Cimetidine, antacids and Furosemide does not lead to significant changes in pharmacokinetic parameters. Avoid use in combination with other NSAIDs, as well as Methotrexate and lithium preparations.

Thrombolytic agents, systemic heparin, oral anticoagulants, SSRIs, and antiplatelet agents in combination with meloxicam may cause bleeding; diuretics and AT1 receptor blockers - ARF.

Cholestyramine binds meloxicam in the digestive tract and, thereby, accelerates its elimination. Pharmacokinetic interaction is not excluded in case of combined use with drugs that suppress CYP3A4 and/or CYP2C9, and oral hypoglycemic drugs. The drug may reduce the effectiveness of the IUD.

NSAIDs (including salicylates and corticosteroids) in combination with Movalis, due to the synergy of their action, increase the risk of ulceration of the digestive canal and the development of gastric and intestinal bleeding.

NSAIDs, due to the suppression of Pg, which has vasodilating properties, reduce the effect of antihypertensive drugs. In addition, drugs in this group increase the nephrotoxicity of Cyclosporine.

The presence of sorbitol in the suspension can cause the development of necrosis of the large intestine with possible death if Movalis is taken with sodium polystyrene sulfonate.

Drugs with similar effects

What analogs exist for the drug Movalis? There are quite a large number of drugs with a similar effect for the drug, including completely similar ones. You can find cheaper analogues for the drug Movalis. For tablet form it is:

  • Meloxicam (about 56 rubles);
  • Amelotex (151 rubles);
  • Meloxicam-Teva (194 rubles);
  • Meloxicam-Stada (236 rubles).

Tablets with another active ingredient belonging to the same group are Ortofen (from 45 rubles), Diclofenac (from 68 rubles), Naklofen SR (from 90 rubles), Voltaren (from 230 rubles). You can find other products from this group.

For the injection form of the drug Movalis, the following are considered analogues: Meloxicam (74 rubles), Movasin (154 rubles), Arthrozan (230 rubles), Amelotex (380 rubles). A similar action is Diclofenac and its analogues. For rectal suppositories Movalis, analogues are Meloxicam and Amelotex (136 rubles each). For Movalis, the analogue (more precisely, a product that can replace the drug) is Diclofenac suppositories; they will cost about 200-230 rubles.

Reviews at a Glance

Reviews of Movalis can be boiled down to two words: effective and expensive. Experts, assessing the first side of the issue (the effectiveness of the drug), speak positively about the medicine. True, those who have used any product containing meloxicam do not find a significant difference between the expensive Movalis and significantly more affordable substitutes.

Among patients, Movalis enjoys a well-deserved reputation as a good analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug, but they cannot help but note the high cost of the German medicine and the side effects of taking it. Reviews of Movalis injections from patients suffering from serious degenerative and deforming joint pathologies are positive.

The disadvantages of the remedy in this form are the same as in any other. People who are forced to use NSAIDs often or for a long time ask: Movalis or Diclofenac, which is better? The question is not surprising, since these are the two most popular remedies. It is believed that the drugs should be close in effectiveness. Movalis causes a negative reaction in the body a little less often and can be taken a little longer.

special instructions

When using Movalis, significant skin disorders may develop such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis and exfoliative dermatitis. Particular attention should be paid to patients with adverse events from the mucous membranes and skin, as well as hypersensitivity reactions to the action of the drug, especially if such reactions were observed during previous courses of treatment.

In most cases, skin disorders develop during the first 30 days of using the drug. Sometimes such side effects can cause Movalis to be discontinued. During treatment, bleeding, perforation and ulcers of the gastrointestinal tract may occur in patients with or without warning symptoms or a history of gastrointestinal diseases.

For older patients, the consequences of these complications are more serious. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases should undergo regular monitoring. If gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract develop, the use of Movalis should be interrupted.

Treatment with the drug may lead to an increased risk of developing cardiovascular thrombosis, angina attacks, and myocardial infarction (sometimes with death). The risk of such disorders increases with long-term therapy, as well as in patients with a history of the above diseases and in cases of predisposition to their occurrence.

Treatment with Movalis in patients with a reduced circulating blood volume or with reduced renal blood flow may cause the development of decompensation of latent renal failure, since the drug inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the kidneys, which are involved in maintaining renal perfusion.

Reviews of the drug Movalis

Movalis is a non-steroidal drug. Its main active ingredient is meloxicam. The product helps stop the development of the inflammatory process in the body, reduce body temperature, and also relieve pain.

This remedy is prescribed for arthrosis and arthritis of various etiologies, ankylosing spondylitis and other destructive-degenerative pathologies of the musculoskeletal system.

Let's consider reviews from patients who used Movalis in the treatment of pathologies of the musculoskeletal system.

Patient reviews of the drug Movalis

“For several years now I have been suffering from periodic exacerbations of pinching of the hip joint. Over the years I have gotten used to living with pain, but sometimes I can’t bear it. Sometimes pills don’t help at all, but injections are most often effective.

I recently tried Movalis. Just a couple of hours after the injection I felt that there was practically no pain. I'm happy with the medicine. Movalis is worth its price. However, my attending physician warned me that I shouldn’t get carried away with the drug, as there is a high risk of liver damage.”

Eugene

“For the second week now I have been suffering from an exacerbation of osteochondrosis in the neck. The attending physician recommended injecting Movalis for three days in a row, and then a day later for another three days. She prescribed several more medications. A week of treatment did not produce any results. Just a waste of time and money. I do not recommend Movalis to anyone."

Natalia

“Not so long ago I encountered a problem - a sharp pain in the forearm. I went to my local physician, where I was prescribed Movalis for five days. The pain was still annoying, and cramps and cramps appeared in the abdomen.

As it turned out, movalis provoked an exacerbation of gastritis. The doctor didn’t tell me anything about the need to use Movalis. I advise everyone to do without medications that can have a detrimental effect on other organs.”

Svetlana

“My husband was diagnosed with a herniated disc. He was hospitalized twice and received intensive treatment. However, despite all his efforts, he did not have much effect from all this. After some time, he turned to a therapist, who prescribed movalis.

Just three injections and two weeks on movalis tablets saved my husband from exacerbation. Of course, it is impossible to cure such a disease with medication, but inflammation can be easily eliminated with movalis.”

Veronica

“Back pain is truly a problem that prevents you from living a full life. I know first-hand about pain in the spine. For about 10 years I have been undergoing treatment for exacerbation of osteochondrosis at least twice a year. This caused more stomach problems. Relatively recently, my attending physician recommended Movalis to me.

I am very pleased with this drug. The aggravation is relieved in one go. Movalis also has much fewer side effects than conventional non-steroidal drugs (ibuprofen, diclofenac). Movalis is well tolerated.”

Konstantin

“Movalis became my savior from back pain. Once I had a seizure, then he helped me (along with milgamma). Then I didn’t even remember about it for about 2 years. Now it's starting to hurt again. It's probably worth purchasing these drugs again.

These medications effectively eliminate the inflammatory process. However, the cost of the drugs is a little confusing. Still, there are many of its analogues, so you shouldn’t rush to purchase this particular product.”

Victoria

“I recently met Movalis. My knee hurt badly, the doctor diagnosed it as arthrosis. Treatment was prescribed, including movalis injections. A couple of months before, my mother tested the product on herself and was pleased with the result.

This is probably why I did not hesitate to buy the drug for the entire course at once. Unfortunately, the treatment practically did not help me. Probably, movalis, like all other drugs, is not suitable for everyone.”

Marina

“I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 12 years. Periodically there are exacerbations that have to be dealt with. One of the latest effective anti-inflammatory drugs that I have tested is Movalis. The price, of course, is not cheap, but the effect is amazing.”

Antonina

“I bought Movalis for the entire course of treatment at once. Already on the third day I was curled up with abdominal pain. I wasted my money in vain."

Irina

“At just over 27 years old, I am the owner of osteochondrosis of the lumbar and cervical spine. The disease arose due to an injury suffered five years ago - there was a car accident with a collision with a fragile young lady (me).

The wounds healed quickly, but with bones it was more difficult. Over the years, I had to undergo several examinations and courses of drug treatment. Among other medicines, I especially remember movalis in injections. After the injection, the need to take most of the painkillers and antipyretics disappeared.”

Claudia

“Recently I had a terrible exacerbation of osteochondrosis (knees). I immediately rushed to the home first aid kit and in the first couple of days I drank all the painkillers available. I had to go to the hospital. It’s good that my husband didn’t go on a business trip and took me to the doctor. The doctor prescribed a bunch of medications, among which Movalis tablets occupied a special place. I was shocked when I found out about the contraindications and restrictions.

For example, I, a long-time smoker, was forbidden to smoke and drink. This threatened complications of diabetes and kidney failure. No, I'm not saying that the medicine is bad and didn't help me. On the contrary, it brought me back to my feet. But the stomach and intestines were still “outraged” by such a massive attack for a long time.”

Ilona

“I have been familiar with this medicine for a long time because of arthritis in the hands. I do not recommend drinking or injecting it without consulting your doctor and following a diet. Now I want to tell you something else; doctors rarely tell their patients that the drug has cheaper analogues (three to four times cheaper).

At first, the medicine may seem relatively affordable, but if you think about the number of tablets required in the course (Movalis has 10), it adds up to a hefty sum. I tried Movalis and its analogues on myself, I didn’t notice any difference, so why pay more?”

Eugene

“One day I woke up from indescribable pain in my right side, under my rib, and in my lower back. Moreover, I was afraid to move, because when I moved, the pain increased greatly.

While I was lying there, I went through a bunch of ailments in my head. She suffered from pneumonia and herniated discs. Somehow I called an ambulance and it took me to the local hospital. X-rays showed an exacerbation of arthritis (which I didn’t even suspect), and fluorography showed severe bronchitis (consequences of active recreation in a lake at night with a friend).

Oddly enough, the doctor treated the diseases and symptoms without much interest and prescribed Movalis in injections and something for immunity. I completed a course of injections and, lo and behold, my back went away for a long time, and the bronchitis disappeared. Moreover, the effect of the drug became noticeable after the first two injections. Six months later, the lower back, however, reminded itself of itself while dancing in a club, but I didn’t want to inject Movalis again (expensive).”

Catherine

“Unfortunately, Movalis did not help me at all. I have joint pain, in particular arthrosis and osteochondrosis. Friends recommended this drug to me, but to be on the safe side, I still went to see a doctor I knew. The surgeon prescribed the drug and talked about the “endless” list of contraindications, restrictions, and side effects. I believed even more in the healing properties and completed the entire course, strictly following the requirements and recommendations.

I read on the Internet that the pain went away after the first injection/pill, but I am apparently an exception to the rule. No relief was even in sight. I don’t know, maybe this is an individual feature of my body, but I can’t praise the medicine. I just wasted a lot of money.”

Valery

“Recently, my husband took it to his chest and decided to remember his youth for his son’s birthday. He began to talk about his achievements in sports, his strong physique and his weak offspring.

He couldn’t stand it and offered to fight. A stupid fight began, from which the son emerged victorious, and the husband went to the hospital for a week. Hubby's back let him down. His joints had been acting up for a long time, but everything was kept silent and we knew nothing. In general, the doctor prescribed an x-ray, and based on its results, treatment. Treatment consisted of taking vitamins and Movalis tablets.

Literally on the third day, the husband was able to get up and walk to the toilet on his own. And by the end of the week, my back miraculously stopped hurting. The joy of recovery was overshadowed only by protracted communication with the “faience comrade” (the toilet). After starting treatment, intestinal upset appeared, which only stopped upon arrival home.”

Lyudmila

“For a long time, Movalis has been my life-saving remedy for knee pain. I’m in no hurry to take it right away - it’s heavy artillery, which is used when topical ointments and gels are useless. Previously, the medicine was prescribed by the attending physician, but now I rely on experience.

Other medications have stopped helping and relieve only minor pain. I do not advise other people to decide to start taking a course of Movalis on their own; it has many side effects and contraindications.”
