Suppositories "Neo Anuzol": instructions for use

Compound

The Anuzol suppository contains :

  • xeroform – 100 g;
  • belladonna extract thick – 20 mg;
  • zinc sulfate – 50 mg.

These ingredients are active substances. Additional components:

  • polysorbate 80 – 11 mg;
  • glycerol – 120 mg;
  • emulsifier T2 – 110 g.

The basis of each suppository is solid fat. It is used in such quantities that the resulting mass of the candle is from 2.09 to 2.31 grams .

Composition and release form

The therapeutic effect of rectal suppositories is due to their combined composition. The main active ingredients are represented by 3 components.

  1. Xeroform. Powder with a yellow-brown tint and a characteristic odor, consisting of a mixture of bismuth oxide and tribromophenolate. Has astringent and antiseptic effects. By reacting with proteins in the blood or other fluid formed during the disease, it creates a protective film on the surface of the rectum and hemorrhoidal cone. During the movement of feces, the inflamed lesions are not injured, which relieves the patient from painful sensations. Astringent and drying properties stop bleeding from the anus, and antiseptic properties prevent the risk of infection of damaged areas.
  2. Belladonna or belladonna leaf extract. A natural source of atropine acts as an antispasmodic. By reducing the tone of the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, it increases the tone of the sphincter muscle fibers, which makes it possible to reduce pain.
  3. Zinc sulfate. Has a drying and antibacterial effect. It prevents exudate released from the inflamed area of the anorectal area from spreading to healthy areas, thereby relieving them of swelling. Along with xeroform, it forms a protective antibacterial film.

Auxiliary components included:

  • glycerin - softens stool, which prevents pain and inflammation after bowel movements. Strengthens local metabolic processes, promotes healing and tissue regeneration after absorption. It is an excellent dermoprotector, i.e. protects the skin from damage;
  • solid fats give shape and accelerate the absorption of medicinal components, as they can quickly melt in the human body;
  • distilled water.

Anuzol is produced by the Russian company Nizhpharm in cardboard packages of 2 blisters each. The blister contains 5 suppositories for rectal use.

Main characteristics:

  • torpedo-shaped for comfortable use;
  • shade - from yellowish-green to light brown;
  • specific smell of xeroform.

Store in a cool, dry place, protect from direct sunlight. Storage temperature - no higher than 20 degrees.

Keep away from children.

Shelf life: 2 years. After the expiration date indicated on the package, it is not recommended to use the drug.

If you see that the candle is covered with a white coating, do not worry. This is due to the zinc sulfate content in them.

You can buy the drug today at any pharmacy. No doctor's prescription required. Its cost in Moscow, for example, ranges from 56 to 82 rubles per box of 10 suppositories.

Anuzol rectal suppositories are topical preparations used for hemorrhoids and other inflammations of the anorectal area - bleeding, itching, burning, cracks in the perineal area.

Basic actions:

  • astringent;
  • antiseptic;
  • anti-inflammatory;
  • antispasmodic;
  • drying;
  • pain reliever;
  • facilitating the process of defecation.

It begins to act almost immediately, relieving unpleasant symptoms, especially pain and itching. The therapeutic effect is due to the presence of solid fat in the composition, which, when entering the rectum, quickly melts and accelerates the rate of absorption of medicinal components.

The danger of hemorrhoids during pregnancy

The initial signs of hemorrhoids cause virtually no discomfort to a woman, and therefore in most cases they are simply ignored. But rapidly progressing, the disease will soon bring pain during bowel movements, burning and itching in the problem area, and spotting. If you do not consult a proctologist at this stage, these symptoms will also include nagging pain in the anal area, bleeding and prolapse of hemorrhoids. At the last stage, hemorrhoids become not just a problem, but a life-threatening disease, as it can lead to thrombosis and severe bleeding.

Among the antihemorrhoidal drugs during pregnancy, suppositories are most often used, acting locally and not affecting the child.

Reviews

Marina Skrezhenyuk, 29 years old , St. Petersburg

“When fighting hemorrhoids, I tried a lot of remedies, but the effect was not what I expected to see. The symptoms only went away for a while and it caused terrible discomfort. I found many other drugs on the Internet. I read reviews about Anuzol candles , which inspired me with confidence. After using them, the pain was eliminated and to this day it has not returned. Despite the fact that the product has a lot of third-party reactions, I did not regret my choice.”

Victor Pribrezhny, 37 years old , Omsk

“Hemorrhoids have been tormenting me for many years. I took both ointments and tablets, but the drugs did not give me the desired effect. And the cost of medicines is not so low. On the advice of a friend, I even used traditional medicine. I noticed some improvements, but I couldn’t completely get rid of the disease. I went to the doctor who advised me Anuzol. I took the drug for two weeks. The result really made itself felt. After going to the toilet, there was generally less blood coming out, the itching and burning sensation went away. At the same time, the cost of the medicine is absolutely affordable. I recommend."

Tatyana Osadko, 58 years old , Moscow

“I don’t want to say anything bad, but these candles didn’t suit me personally. Their smell is not particularly pleasant. After using them, weakness and a feeling of nausea appeared. Perhaps I am simply intolerant to some of the components in the composition. I advise you to simply get the advice of a specialist before using them.”
