No cases of overdose while taking Bilobil have been identified. With a single use of a large amount of the drug, an allergic reaction cannot be ruled out. Treatment is symptomatic; the patient is prescribed injections of an antihistamine to quickly relieve symptoms.

It is recommended to use Bilobil in the following dosage: 1 capsule 3 times a day with a small amount of water.

Currently, there is no information about overdose.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, decreased blood clotting, erosive gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers in the acute stage, acute cerebrovascular accidents, acute myocardial infarction, children under 18 years of age (efficacy and safety have not been studied), galactosemia, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, because Bilobil® contains lactose.

Bilobil® is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the lack of sufficient clinical data.
